Job Description:

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, networking, and building relationships with candidates to support client hiring needs. This individual partners with Business Development Managers to identify talent, align candidate skills with client job requirements, and ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and network with potential candidates using databases, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and prospecting calls
• Manage candidate relationships through consistent communication and meetings
• Negotiate pay rates and close placements to meet company goals
• Accurately document candidate activity for reporting and tracking purposes
• Represent Addison Group professionally at networking events and other business functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
