Overview
As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top Product Management and Business Analyst talent for a cutting edge FinTech Firm. You will develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure that we hire the best possible candidates to meet our client’s needs.
Base pay range
$45.00/hr - $48.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, administrative duties, building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Provide recruiting services in accordance with our recruiting process, standards, and systems
- Manage the recruiting process for product management and business analyst positions, specialty positions, and broad client groups
- Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on meeting time-to-fill goals
- Develop an effective sourcing strategy to ensure a continuous flow of quality and quantity candidates for the pipeline
- Demonstrate strong candidate and client management skills, with the ability to influence
- Develop and execute autonomous strategies including networking, call lists, niche social networking, and industry knowledge
- Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders
- Identify root causes of complex recruiting issues and implement solutions to mitigate current and future problems
- Address ambiguous situations or challenges using subject matter expertise, skills, and abilities
- Screens and counsels candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the close
- Facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team
- Independently develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure flawless execution of requisition processing
- Function effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years full life cycle recruiting experience
- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Strategy: collaborate with recruiting managers and peers to develop and implement recruiting strategy
- Must be able to be full desk and source own candidates
- Must be able to manage day-to-day and maintain hiring manager and candidate relationships
- Influential communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs and produce results
