Total Compensation: $56,000-$65,000 DOQ

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure staffing needs are met to maximize production capacity. Additionally, the recruiter will serve as a functional team member in the Team Member Experience department.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Utilize recruitment software and technology to attract top talent
  • Identify candidates using internal and external databases/job boards, career fairs and other events and opportunities
  • Build strategic relationships with community partners to develop a talent pipeline
  • Screen, process, and communicate with candidates, schedule interviews, hiring process, and serve as liaison during hiring process
  • Conduct pre-employment assessments and behavioral based interviews and select candidates based on company values, job requirements, and other standards
  • Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new TMs
  • Aid in training initiatives including coordinating and delivering New Employee Orientation
  • Draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
  • Build relationships with candidates, team members, company leadership, and strategic community partners
  • Manage the internal Career Pathway Program
  • Manage day-to-day efforts that improve team member experiences

Qualifications:

  • 4 Year Degree in human resources, business, or other related discipline preferred
  • 1-2 years prior experience in full cycle recruiting, high-volume experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite, email, multi-line phone usage, recruitment software
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment platforms and multiple candidates at one time
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Prior experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking system

  • Ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach overhead, work outside and in non-climate-controlled environment, and tolerate exposure to loud noises and machinery, dust and chemicals.
