Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter specializing in Physical Therapy to support our expanding healthcare staffing operations. This role involves managing full-cycle, high-volume recruitment across multiple locations, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of physical therapy roles and be comfortable with traveling 25–50% of the time for events, fairs, and on-site recruitment needs.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational needs.
• Attending recruitment events and career fairs.
• Staying up to date with recruitment trends and best practices.

Skills

• Physical Therapy recruiting experience, require, minimum 3 years.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS System, Paycom preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
