What You’ll Do

We are looking for an Executive Recruiter to be a trusted partner as we continue to scale our talent bench for sustained global growth. As an Executive Recruiter, you will partner with GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design leadership in hiring for leadership roles, focusing on job scoping, executive alignment, candidate sourcing, and closing. You will work on a wide variety of roles in a truly global company. This role is based in San Francisco.

  • Partner with senior executives to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier executive talent
  • Serve as a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices

Who You Are

We are looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. Preferred qualifications are helpful but not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, hiring senior-level talent (VP or C-level) in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Strong ability to ramp up on new domains quickly
  • Proven track record of recruiting and closing candidates across various domains
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design (PED) roles

Compensation Range: $160K - $230K
