Delta Dallas is hiring: Recruiter in Lewisville

Overview

Our client in the manufacturing/retail industry has a need to hire a Recruiter to add to their HR team. This is a full-time role and will be 100% onsite with no hybrid or remote option. This role will be involved in building out recruiting processes, managerial interview training, facilitation of local/onsite job fairs and virtual job fairs, and full-cycle recruiting for both corporate positions as well as plant/warehouse positions.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Build out recruiting processes
• Provide managerial interview training
• Facilitate local/onsite and virtual job fairs
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and plant/warehouse positions

Qualifications

• Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
• 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
• Must have retail and/or blue-collar recruiting experience
• Must be accustomed to recruiting in a high volume/high turnover environment
• Experience with Workday's ATS portal is a huge plus
• Experience partnering with front line leaders for strategic hiring, backfills, and seasonal hires
• Experience not only recruiting but also bringing a strategic mindset with process creation and/or improvement, strategic pipeline planning, etc.
