Overview

Principal Brand Creative Agent – currently hiring top creative contract & freelance talent for disruptive brands. Our Contracts/Freelance team is hiring. If you've been looking for your next role as a Recruiter, please keep reading. We’re seeking a Seattle-based agent to jump in and fill positions across Marketing, Brand Creative, or Product Design. Our clients range from startups to some of the world’s biggest global brands, across numerous industries.

This role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, and is full-time/salaried with full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, and frequent team incentives and travel).

Base salary can range from $60-75k, with uncapped commission potential and bonus/incentive opportunities. Often, by Year 2, employees may net $150k-$200k+ in annual income.

Responsibilities

• Fill positions across Marketing, Brand Creative, or Product Design for our clients (startups to global brands).
• Collaborate with Creative People’s Contracts/Freelance team to recruit top talent for contracted and freelance roles.

Qualifications

• Experience within an agency setting.
• At least 2+ years recruiting or account management experience.
• Available 3x onsite weekly in downtown Seattle.
• Ideal: Experience hiring contractors or freelancers, or a background as a digitally-focused creative.
