Overview
We are seeking experienced Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team. These positions are ideal for recruiters who are passionate about sourcing top talent and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Learn and understand the roles and hiring needs, then take ownership of requisitions
- Partner closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline activity in the ATS
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience and employer brand
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for niche roles
- Experience supporting senior recruiters or hiring managers
- Familiarity with renewable energy or technical recruiting is a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
