Overview
As a Recruiter at Via, you will help find and bring the very best talent to our growing team at Via. Working alongside our Talent Acquisition team, you will play an integral role in scaling our company. You’ll focus on attracting exceptional talent across a variety of business functions, working with cross-functional teams all over the world. Partnering with internal hiring managers, you’ll collaborate with multiple teams to solve our most exciting business challenges by finding great people, creating an exceptional candidate experience, and managing hiring processes from end to end.
What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle business recruiting processes across a variety of internal teams, leading our hiring from entry-level to leadership roles.
- Lead Talent Sourcing strategy for multiple teams, leveraging creative strategies to find and engage best-in-class candidates
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to our hiring teams, building meaningful relationships with interviewers and hiring managers to help shape our Talent Acquisition processes
- Engage with candidates across all levels and job functions, guiding them through our hiring process with an emphasis on candidate experience
- Help deliver meaningful training initiatives and learning opportunities for hiring teams
- Leverage data and analytics to inform recruiting goals, methods, and practices
- Manage workflows in our ATS (Greenhouse) with an eye for detail
- Partner with hiring teams and People Operations/Talent to continually improve Via’s hiring process
Who You Are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting processes, in an in-house recruiting or talent acquisition role. You've worked across internal business units, and led hiring efforts on searches ranging in seniority.
- Intellectually curious, and a passionate researcher: you love to learn about new verticals, and take pride in executing complex Talent searches. You're proactive in keeping up-to-date with industry and market trends, and you're eager to grow and evolve.
- An intuitive problem-solver; you're solutions-oriented, and approach complex tasks with excitement.
- Action-oriented, reliable, and independent: you can manage competing priorities, and you take pride in meeting and exceeding your goals.
- A perceptive and tactful communicator – you intuitively find the right tone in every situation. You're confident working with Senior/Executive stakeholders, and seek to build thought partnership across business functions.

Compensation and Benefits
- Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable
- Salary Range: $85,000-$110,000
