Responsibilities



  • For an assigned group of open positions, is responsible for full hiring cycle activities, including but not limited to, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, references and offers of employment.

  • Works with the HCM to implement multifaceted recruitment programs to facilitate a diverse and qualified pool of candidates for vacant positions. Design sourcing strategies.

  • Works with leaders/hiring managers to establish hiring plan strategy and level of support needed.

  • Works in partnership with the Marketing team to create employment advertisements for assigned vacancies.

  • Works in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop School Program and Community Services recruitment materials and information to be distributed to potential candidates.

  • Establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships with Human Resource community contacts in order to share best practices.

  • Review employment applications and resumes for assigned groups.

  • Make hiring recommendations or offers of employment for assigned positions.

  • Represent Mary Cariola Center at job fairs, career days and community and college recruitment events.

  • Act as point of contact/primary lead for assigned vendor or outside community agencies (i.e. Indeed, temporary staffing agencies, college recruitment offices/portals).

  • Responsible for preparing Mary Cariola recruitment statistics and keeping abreast of current workforce trends in recruitment, hiring, retention.

  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


Bachelors degree required or Associates with relevant equivalent experience. Previous recruitment experience required.
