Job Description
Job Summary:
- Support the phone screening process.
- Have minimal interface with the business.
- Support the admin process in Taleo - reviewing applications, assisting with scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
- Basic HR/recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred, will be required if the person is to be considered for FTE.
Responsibilities:
- Phone screening and assisting with some light sourcing for high volume warehouse and customer care roles.
- Assisting with intern screens.
- This role will be 100% backend support, responsible for sourcing, resume review, phone interviews, creating offers, etc.
- Work with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills required to fill vacant positions.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates for specific job openings.
- Assist in the review of applications and interviews of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Screen and refer candidates for additional interviews with others within the organization.
- Schedule interviews with potential and qualified candidates for specific job openings.
- Assist in preparing and mailing new-hire and employment offer letters and packets for potential candidates.
- Assist recruiters in contacting external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates.
- Utilize and identify Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates.
- File and maintain employment records for future references; ensure compliance with applicant tracking requirements.
- Write and place job advertising in various media; coordinate internal job postings; utilize Internet online recruiting sources to identify potential candidates.
- Perform reference and background checks.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Excellent consultative skills in recruiting support.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Understanding of recruiting principles and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team environment.
