Recruiter
Our client, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the recruitment and staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Identify, assess, and place candidates across various roles to meet client needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and community partners
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
