Recruiter (Hybrid)
Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across both industrial and corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.
As part of the HR team, the Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliance with employment laws and company policies. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact workforce growth while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key responsibilities include managing full-cycle recruitment for industrial and corporate roles, from sourcing through offer stage; carrying a requisition load of ~30 positions at a time, continuously sourcing qualified candidates; posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting phone/video interviews, and scheduling hiring manager interviews; developing and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and relationship-building; partnering with HR team members to support new hire orientation and onboarding activities; responding to candidate and employee inquiries, escalating sensitive issues when appropriate; ensuring recruiting practices comply with federal and state employment regulations; providing candidate care by maintaining timely communication and ensuring a positive hiring experience; and supporting special recruiting projects and HR initiatives as needed.
What we're looking for includes a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required, at least 2 years of recruiting experience, including industrial/manufacturing and corporate roles (manufacturing strongly preferred), experience recruiting in compliance-driven organizations (EEO/OFCCP) required, background in HR processes and employee life cycle (hire-to-retire), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), ATS experience required (UKG strongly preferred; ADP or Workday helpful), familiarity with reporting/analytics tools a plus (BI/Dashboards), strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital), ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion, and proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.
The interview process includes a teams video interview with members of the HR team and a final interview with HR leadership.
