Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our clients team in this fully remote contract position. To start, this is a 12 week contract with high potential to extend or convert to a fulltime position. Must be located in the PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Manage 810 requisitions at a time across corporate and center functions
• Support hiring for Marketing, Finance, HR, other corporate roles, center staffing (hourly), and field leadership (Center Directors, District Leaders, Regional VPs)
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, advise on process, and support workforce planning
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; proactively source and engage passive talent
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and debrief sessions with hiring teams
• Drive the offer process, including negotiation and closing candidates
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to develop effective staffing strategies
• Contribute to special staffing projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• 510 years of full cycle recruiting
• Corporate recruiting experience required (non-exempt, full lifecycle recruiting)
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
• Technical recruiting background strongly preferred
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate generation skills
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and consult with hiring managers
• Strong organizational skills; able to balance multiple reqs and priorities
• Effective communicator (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and recruiting tools
