When will you work?
- This position will work a hybrid schedule in our Scottsdale, AZ office, which is moving to Chandler, AZ by end of 2025.
What youll do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing toolswith a focus on building diverse and inclusive talent pipelines.
- Screen candidates to assess qualifications, competencies and alignment with role expectations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processfrom job posting through to job offerensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams to ensure a positive experience at every stage.
- Craft and present compelling job offers in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Leverage data from our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track key hiring metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Represent Wedgewood Pharmacys employer brand in the talent market through social media, job fairs, and community events.
Who you are
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Operates with a business partner mindset, owning results and proactively driving roles to successful completion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.
What youve done
- Gained 2-4 years experience full cycle recruiting
- Earned a bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field or combined relevant experience
- Worked on an ATS/HRIS and feel confident in your skillset
