About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiter focused on the Data Center industry to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical and leadership talent across one of the fastest-growing global industries. Youll partner closely with clients in AI, energy, and digital infrastructure to help them build teams that design, build, and operate large-scale data centers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with client stakeholders (Hiring Managers, Talent Leaders, and Executives) to understand hiring goals and workforce strategies.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Develop targeted search strategies to engage hard-to-find talent, particularly in data center development, construction, commissioning, engineering, and operations.
  • Build strong pipelines of candidates in technical, operational, and leadership roles across global markets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring speed and quality of hires.
  • Collaborate with the broader NuPeople team to innovate around recruiting processes, tools, and client delivery.
Qualifications
  • Proven recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on Data Center, Mission Critical, Construction, or Infrastructure industries.
  • Track record of filling highly technical and leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in sourcing, networking, and engaging passive talent.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Passion for pushing recruiting beyond transactional to strategic impact.
