BluePoint Mortgage is looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is key to scaling our Wholesale Account Executive team as we expand our national footprint. What Youll Do
Recruit top-performing Wholesale Account Executives across key markets
Partner closely with sales leadership to align hiring efforts with growth goals
Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates
Manage the full recruiting lifecyclefrom sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
Represent BluePoints values and culture throughout the hiring experience
What Were Looking For
Proven success in recruiting (mortgage or sales roles a plus)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms
A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
