Corporate Tools is on the search for a Recruiter. Recruiting is not a box checking practice for us. You want to be the person that dives in to get to know the candidates, and get to know what it means to be a culture fit at our company. We have a responsibility to everyone here, and we dont take it lightly. This position will be recruiting on roles across the country, locally, and regionally. Full-cycle recruiting takes on a whole extra level here we are involved in every step of the interview process, and I mean just about every step. Scripts? Lists of questions you have to ask? Pointless questionnaires to fill out? No, you get to be a real person having a conversation with another real person. If you enjoy interacting with other humans and want to make meaningful impacts, we should probably talk.

This is a M-F, full time salaried position that some remote work is possible. Youll onboard and train in person, for at least the first 90 days, in Post Falls and continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week. Also, we love a good cover letter.
