Overview

As an Engineering Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to Hiring Managers. You’ll collaborate to understand talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract top technical talent. You’ll also work on strategic recruiting projects to optimize hiring processes and help build a best-in-class recruiting team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead full cycle recruiting for both IC and Leadership engineering positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top-of-funnel strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Humble and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success and valuing collaboration and diverse perspectives.
• Proactive, persistent, and committed to excellence.
• Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and the ability to leverage them to increase productivity.
• Ability to use metrics to inform hiring tactics and help hiring managers do the same.

Location

The role is an in-person position and can sit in any of Candid Health’s offices: Denver, New York, or San Francisco.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range is $145,000 - $175,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline and actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation may include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Candid Health values potential upside from equity in the compensation package. Note that Candid Health has limited hierarchy and broad ranges of experience within roles.
