LaSalle Network is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support one of our fastest-growing manufacturing clients in Portage, IN. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape the hiring engine from the inside out. With the company expanding rapidly, they need a savvy recruiter who can move quickly, bring structure, and drive measurable results across both hourly and salaried hiring.

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles ranging from forklift drivers to production supervisors
  • Partner with onsite recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interviews and speed up offers
  • Source talent using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Teamtailor ATS
  • Organize and execute onsite interview days and implement efficient hiring flows
  • Coordinate onboarding tasks like background checks, drug screenings, and IT setup
  • Serve as a key HR contact for new hires, supporting 30/60/90-day follow-ups

Contract Recruiter Requirements:

  • Previous success in high-volume, hourly, or industrial recruitment
  • Able to manage at least 7 requisitions at once, including continuous openings
  • Comfortable in a fluid, fast-paced setting — you know how to shift gears without losing focus
  • Detail-oriented and operationally minded with a bias toward action
