Job Description:
As a Bilingual On-Site Recruiter, you will manage and ensure accuracy of procedures for hiring, management, and termination of employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees from customers, managing multiple shifts.
- Create and manage a digital pool of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain job ads and social media posts.
- Review dashboard analytics and employee onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate electronic records for all employees and manage assignments in the digital system.
- Coordinate with production managers and supervisors daily.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and work with the payroll department.
- Manage client-specific compliance requirements and maintain positive client relationships.
- Oversee safety protocols, incident investigations, and OSHA/labor law compliance.
Qualifications:
- Social media savvy and strong technical skills.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High performance, team-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years' experience in HR, Payroll, Customer Service, or Staffing preferred.
Mileage paid and $50/month cell phone allowance.
