Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation within one core market and territory
• Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale
• Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
• Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
• Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
• Mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office
• Be involved in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates
• Fast track to management

Profile / Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in staffing working on the client and candidate side
• Full desk recruitment experience in permanent placement (preferred)
• Prospecting experience (required)
• Closing business (required)
• Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
• Positive attitude and desire to win; proven history of achieving quotas or objectives
• Driven to achieve meaningful and measurable results; development as a sales professional
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Adaptable and comfortable in new situations
• Coachable and curious; able to implement feedback and pursue continuous self-improvement
