At our core, we place a strong emphasis on relationship-building. In this role, you’ll connect with candidates daily, build pipelines, and guide them through the hiring process. Email outreach and campaigns matter — but real conversations and meaningful connections drive the biggest impact.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily outreach: calls, emails, campaigns
• Source and engage top talent across multiple searches
• Build pipelines and deliver quickly on client needs
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience

What You Bring

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in an agency/search firm (required)
• A self-starter mindset — proactive, resourceful, and consistent
