Job Description

Function:

The Hybrid Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a business partner to their dedicated business areas for hiring (VP and below). The Hybrid Recruiter will source candidates externally for assigned roles via direct channels where possible and also utilise the PSL as applicable. Hybrid Recruiters are also accountable for the coordination of the recruitment process for employee referrals and internal mobility. The Hybrid Recruiter will continuously engage with their business leaders and the aligned HR Advisor to offer advice on the recruitment process and ensure all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The Hybrid Recruiter must be commercially minded and work towards team goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management:
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of sign-off prior to commencing job search
  • Proactively source candidates via, but not limited to, web advertising, referrals, headhunting, internal networking, company careers page
  • Responsible for closing all direct candidates on roles where they are the preferred choice, managing any risk associated with making the hire
  • Responsible for the performance management of PSL in related business areas
  • Responsible for managing referral candidates in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Responsible for managing internal mobility in partnership with the relevant HR Advisor
  • Work with the PSL to ensure the right level of candidate is being sent to line managers and support with closing candidates as required
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and ensure a joined-up approach with all members of the recruitment team to provide an effective and efficient recruitment process
  • Actively promote the Direct Recruitment Model to hiring managers by highlighting benefits, cost savings, and market information
  • Build, develop, and maintain in-house candidate database and workflow products
  • Responsible for internal talent pools of key skill sets and their maintenance
  • Contact and interview prospective candidates and retain an audit trail of contact
  • Be comfortable managing volume recruitment efficiently
  • Capture all necessary recruitment data in RS ATS (TalentSource) and GHRS (Nomura system), including starter/leaver info and remuneration data
  • Liaise with line managers to ensure feedback on CVs and interviews
  • Manage the offer process, including providing current salary/rate and market information
  • Provide regular updates and commentary on recruitment activity to the account manager and activity database/MI
  • Perform ad hoc project work as assigned

Line Manager Relationship Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact and recruitment partner for corporate areas
  • Meet regularly with line managers to promote sourcing services and understand their needs
  • Provide credible, consultative advice throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Interface with HR, line management, and RS management
  • Encourage skills transfer and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Provide market insights and legislative updates
  • Assist in writing job specifications compliant with legislative standards
  • Partner in recruitment activities and offer added value services

Process and Procedure Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with SLA targets
  • Adhere to all client policies (approval systems, compensation, email policies, etc.)
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and business plans
  • Maintain accurate and current data in iTrack and other systems

Other duties within the capabilities of the role may be assigned from time to time, and staff are expected to comply with reasonable changes as the role evolves.

Qualifications

  • Previous MSP or RPO experience or knowledge
  • Experience supporting compliance, legal, risk, asset management, or wealth management
  • No IT recruiting experience required
