Position Overview

This is a high-impact recruiting role focused on physician placement within the OBGYN space. The Executive Recruiter will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging a variety of tools and outreach methods to identify, engage, and place physicians. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and source OBGYN candidates through cold calling, passive outreach, and targeted cold email campaigns.
• Build and manage strong relationships with physicians and academic institutions
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
• Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using CRM and recruiting tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed placement and revenue goals.
• Represent Kaye/Bassman’s brand with professionalism, integrity, and a solutions-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Proven success in a sales or recruiting role (executive search or healthcare recruitment a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills, both over the phone and in writing.
• High motivation, resilience, and a hunter mentality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
