We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team and help us continue building a strong workforce across our sales, administrative, and operations teams.

Position Overview The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for business-critical support roles across JM Test Systems’ U.S. locations. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring for inside/outside sales, administrative professionals, customer support, scheduling, logistics coordination, and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruiting process, from job requisition through onboarding, ensuring smooth communication and a great candidate experience.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand department needs, refine job descriptions, and create consistent evaluation tools.
• Source talent using a variety of methods: LinkedIn, job boards, community networks, and local partnerships.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments to ensure strong alignment with role requirements.
• Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring competition to keep recruitment efforts competitive.
• Track and report recruiting metrics in the ATS, sharing insights with HR and leadership.
• Support a seamless handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding in partnership with HR.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience (industrial services, testing, measurement, or calibration industry experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with sales, operations, administrative, scheduling, or customer service roles.
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
