Overview
Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Field Recruiter to partner with various departments to enable business growth by adding recruits and identifying new avenues to assist in bringing in the volume of hiring Home Health Aide and Patient Care Assistants. This is an on-site position (Mon-Fri) in Newburgh, NY.
Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr with additional compensation types including an Annual Bonus. Location: Newburgh, NY. Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + bonus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Recruit Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides throughout the assigned territory.
- Collect initial screening of candidates, conduct reference and criminal background checks, administer assessment testing, orientation, and other aspects of the onboarding process.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Review recruitment documents to ensure compliance and accuracy based on regulatory practices. (Knowledge of identifying pre-hire medical documentation is a PLUS)
- Develop meaningful relationships with local businesses, HHA training schools and candidates to enhance candidate flow and brand Always Compassionate Home Care.
- Serve as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the recruitment cycle and after hire as needed.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Team to drive full-cycle recruitment of all new hires and improve processes through a team-based approach.
- Provide occasional support in other offices, during orientation or events outside of regular hours as needed.
Requirements
- Experience as a full life cycle recruiter (sourcing, resume review, pre-screening, interviewing, document verification, offers).
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned region for recruitment and networking events.
- Background in healthcare recruitment strongly desired.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Proficiency with technology applications and Microsoft programs.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
