• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for clients across Creative, Digital, Interactive, Mobile, and Technical sectors
• Develop and maintain a robust network of top-tier talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
• Execute strategic candidate searches for positions ranging from Fortune 500 companies to cutting-edge interactive agencies
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure perfect client-talent matches
• Drive the entire placement process from initial contact through offer negotiation and closing
• Meet and exceed established performance metrics for candidate placement and client satisfaction

• 2+ years of experience preferred, ideally within Sales or Recruiting (exceptional entry-level candidates considered)
