Echo Global Logistics, Inc is hiring: Agent Recruiter in Mendota Heights

The Agent Recruiter role is responsible for recruiting Transportation Broker Agents and maintaining relationships with Broker contacts. You will build business by identifying and recruiting Broker Agents. A list of potential or previous Agents is provided for calls. The Recruiter will be trained on a basic pitch to introduce and sell our services.

Position Overview: The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting Transportation Broker Agents and maintaining relationships with Broker contacts. You will identify and recruit Broker Agents, with a provided list of potential or previous Agents for calls. Training on a basic pitch will be provided to assist in introducing and selling our services.

General Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume calls to brokerage and logistics firms to introduce OFS and our program.
• Input prospects into the Goldmine database system.
• Provide information to prospects identified as Transportation Brokers or Agents.
• Sell OFS by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects to add to the Broker Contacts list.
• Mail or email marketing materials to interested prospects.
• Maintain relationships with contacts through regular calls and add them to the OFS newsletter list.
• Send appropriate forms after an offer has been made.
