Insight Global is hiring: Corporate Recruiter in Miami

Overview

Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role will be for a full desk recruiter that will be sourcing for mainly sales roles (Account Managers, BDMs, etc.). The ideal candidate will be someone that is a self starter and well versed in recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, Recruiting tools etc.). This is a remote role that could potentially be asked to go onsite in Miami on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a full-desk recruiter, sourcing for mainly sales roles (Account Managers, BDMs, etc.).
• Utilize recruiting tools and ATS to identify and engage candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requisition to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Full desk recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing sales related roles.
• Experience working in a metrics measured environment.
• Highly detail oriented.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
