Join an innovative and rapidly scaling stealth startup as a Sr. Recruiter. You will lead the recruitment efforts for critical roles, working closely with leadership and hiring managers to build high-impact teams. Your expertise in sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines will be essential to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and achieving successful hires.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse set of roles—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with senior leadership to define hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Source, engage, and assess top talent using advanced outreach techniques and recruiting tools.
• Manage multiple pipelines simultaneously, ensuring timely feedback and consistent candidate communication.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both active and passive candidates for current and future opportunities.
• Analyze talent market trends and compensation data to inform competitive offers.
• Contribute to enhancing employer brand and advancing diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven success as a recruiter with 5+ years of experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of roles, preferably including technology and business functions.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
