Overview
Agency Recruiter opportunity in Charlotte. Carnegie Search is a Charlotte-based recruiting firm specializing in engineering and manufacturing leadership. This is a Full Desk Recruiter role with potential to start on the candidate side and progress to full candidate and client development activities. This is an on-site position in Charlotte. Training is provided; no prior sales or recruiting experience required, though experienced recruiters may begin at a higher level.
We are a fast-growing startup with 12 employees aiming to double in size in 2026. This position will be our 13th employee and will have a strong impact on the growth of the business. Guaranteed base salary plus uncapped commissions. Year 1 OTE $90,000–$100,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and more. Recent graduates are welcome.
