Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

6am - 3pm

Primary responsibilities

• Performs all tasks related to the process of finding new Independent Contractor drivers, including but not limited to placing advertisements, answering ad responses, interviewing potential ICs, and conducting orientation for new drivers.
• Develops, evaluates, and maintains an available pool of qualified Independent Contractor drivers with the skills required to meet customer needs.
• Acts as a liaison between the drivers and management and helps to resolve any issues.
• Implements new recruiting methods, tools, sources, and processes.
• Provides reporting to management on the status of the driver count in the facility.

Secondary responsibilities

• Serves as inventory control for all uniforms, badges, and equipment for the ICs.
• Works closely with Operations Management to coordinate driver needs based on route optimization.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail, proactively minded, able to work independently with minimum supervision, good written and verbal communication, multitasking, time management and prioritization, good organizational skills, basic computer skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Computer Skills Preferred).
