Field Recruiter page is loaded## Field Recruiterlocations: Remote - Hoffman Estates, Illinoistime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR255831The Field Recruiter will be responsible for supporting hiring efforts for store-level positions, including Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and PT Supervisor/Manager roles. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and effective recruitment support across our field locations.•Source qualified candidates for field roles from internal requests and reports using various job boards and other recruitment methods•Partner with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs and ensure alignment•Serve as a point of contact for field recruitment related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses•Close out requisitions over 30 days in the applicant tracking system to maintain data accuracy•Manage job board subscriptions and access for field partners•Respond to recruitment related help desk and email questions from field partners•Stay up to date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools•Be a Claire’s ambassador to attract top talent to the Company•Assist with ad hoc projects as neededQualifications•Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or related discipline preferred•2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience with at least 1 year of prior recruiting in a 3rd party agency environment highly preferred•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously•Strong MS Suite skills•Experience with recruitment management tools and/or Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus•Exceptional time management, organizational, and communication skills requiredCompensation Range: $59,670.00 - $79,560.00Claire’s is committed to adhering to all applicable company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All positions will be compensated at or above the legally mandated minimum wage for the location in which work is performed.
