Ascendo is looking for an ambitious Executive Recruiter to join our Miami Accounting & Finance team. This is not a back-office role — this is your chance to own the client side of the desk, drive new business development, and partner with top Accounting & Finance professionals to make powerful career matches.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business development initiatives to secure new client relationships in Accounting & Finance.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Partner with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Recruit, interview, and place high-caliber professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire roles.
- Build and maintain pipelines of both candidates and clients.
- Be the face of Ascendo in the South Florida market.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record in business development, staffing, or sales (Accounting & Finance experience strongly preferred).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for helping clients grow their teams and candidates grow their careers.
