About The Role

Technical Recruiter at APCON, Inc. will be sourcing, screening, and recruiting top technical talent. The role involves close collaboration with the team to understand needs and support the recruitment process. The focus will be on hiring for broad technical positions including:

• Software Engineering – Embedded Software Engineers, Network Engineers, BSP Engineers, Test Engineers, Security Engineers.
• Hardware Engineering – Digital, Analog, FPGA, and Firmware Engineers.
• Manufacturing and Operations – Production workers, Manufacturing Engineers, Field Engineers, Warehouse Coordinators.
• Technical Sales Leaders, Marketing professionals, and more.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the recruiting team to gather requirements, understand team dynamics, and create job requisitions.
• Create and update job descriptions reflecting current technology, product specifics, and organizational goals.
• Identify suitable candidates, review resumes, and conduct screening interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various platforms.
• Support the entire recruitment process including scheduling, feedback, reference checks, and offers.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS according to company policies.
• Represent APCON positively in all candidate interactions.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant technical field.
• At least 4 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and recruiting methods.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ATS, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, etc.
