Overview

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Recruiter to join our team in Nashville (In-Office). Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Salary: $65-70K.

In this role, you’ll manage the full life cycle recruiting process for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to attract, source, and hire top talent while ensuring a fair, consistent, and positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Build pipelines of passive and active candidates using job boards, networking, and an applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and equitable selection practices.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of high-volume industrial recruiting experience required.
  • Proficiency with multiple applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
  • Results-driven mindset with focus, resiliency, and follow-through.
  • High sense of urgency with energy and passion for recruiting.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills; able to thrive with minimal direction.
  • Adaptability and learning agility in fast-changing or ambiguous situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish REQUIRED
