Job Summary

The Physician Recruiter is accountable for the design, implementation and coordination of all physician recruitment activities for Warren Clinic and health system affiliated physician groups as requested.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification

None.

Work Experience

1 year related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Prior experience in sales/marketing/public relations. Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact with physicians and wide range of individuals throughout the system. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Capability to travel for events in and out of the state of Oklahoma.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Source candidates in varying specialties through multiple platforms provided within the department.
• Screen candidates (Review CV's; conduct initial phone interviews; process pre-application documents).
• Assist in coordinating the interview process for candidates (Preparing the itinerary; coordinating travel arrangements; overseeing catering orders, secure private dining experiences, escorting candidates during interview; gathering and summarizing interview feedback; coordinating expense/reimbursement for processing; secure relocation visits).
• Supports Onboarding (Coordinates with medical staff, credentialing departments and human resources to ensure providers are properly on boarded into the system).
• Maintain Outreach (Exhibits at conferences and recruitment fairs, acts as a liaison among the medical communities and training programs, maintains relationships among recruitment firms).
• Other duties as assigned.
