Overview

The On-site Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. The purpose of this role is to act as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sources, screen, and schedule top-quality candidates for open opportunities.
  • Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
  • Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyze results, and modify as appropriate to meet needs inventory.
  • Coordinate and consult with hiring managers to understand clients’ specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building.
  • Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met.
  • Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service.
  • Respond to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary.
  • Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients.

Pay Details

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
