Senior Recruitment Consultant will help shape the future of AI by connecting top talent with companies driving innovation in the Data Analytics sector. This role is focused on business development (70-80%) while also managing the delivery process and building strong client relationships across California.

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing

  • 70% Business Development: Identify new clients and opportunities, expand your network and client base in the AI and Data Analytics sectors to play a key role in a rapidly growing industry.
  • 30% Candidate Sourcing & Management: Find the right candidates for innovative companies, guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates to support growth and success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help clients solve talent challenges while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Negotiate deals and work toward personal and team targets.
  • Provide market insights and tailored recruitment strategies to clients and candidates for the best fit.
  • Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.

  • Resilient and Motivated: Persistent and driven to succeed with a strong desire to contribute to company growth.
