This role is focused on business development (70-80%) while also managing the delivery process and building strong client relationships across California.
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

What You’ll Be Doing
- 70% Business Development: Identify new clients and opportunities, expand your network and client base in the AI and Data Analytics sectors to play a key role in a rapidly growing industry.
- 30% Candidate Sourcing & Management: Find the right candidates for innovative companies, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates to support growth and success.
- Identify new business opportunities and help clients solve talent challenges while staying ahead of industry trends.
- Negotiate deals and work toward personal and team targets.
- Provide market insights and tailored recruitment strategies to clients and candidates for the best fit.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge, best practices, and insights.

- Experienced in Business Development: Built relationships and developed new business in recruitment, ideally in fast-moving, tech-driven industries like AI and Data Analytics.
- Strong Communicator: Skilled at negotiating and building rapport with clients and candidates, comfortable in high-pressure situations.
- Resilient and Motivated: Persistent and driven to succeed with a strong desire to contribute to company growth.
