The opportunity

Are you ready to be at the heart of a fast-growing, dynamic environment? As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of EY by identifying and engaging top talent. Your key responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and talent needs, set clear expectations and build strategic sourcing plans and timelines that support hiring goals.
  • Source top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other digital sourcing tools.
  • Lead pre-screening conversations to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability, ensuring readiness for next-stage interviews.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of requisitions, from intake to closure, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
  • Embed DEI principles into sourcing and selection, ensuring inclusive practices and balanced representation.
  • Leverage recruitment dashboards and data insights to monitor pipeline health, identify trends, and influence business decisions through evidence-based hiring strategies.
  • Create a positive recruitment experience through clear communication and thoughtful engagement, building trust with candidates and hiring managers.

Skills and attributes for Success

  • Familiarity with recruitment systems and best practices.
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Solution-focused approach to recurring challenges, with a proactive attitude toward process improvement and structured problem-solving initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to make informed decisions and influence hiring outcomes.
  • Commitment to delivering a seamless candidate experience and an inclusive hiring approach.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.

Ideally, You’ll also have

  • Experience in professional services or consulting recruitment.
