Technical Recruiter/On Site

Location: Reston, VA

Pay From: $50,000 (plus commission)

Quadrant is a leading staffing provider in the technology and healthcare sectors in the Washington, DC metro market.

We are looking to add motivated, proactive, outgoing recruiters to our technology staffing division. This is a dynamic, growth-oriented opportunity for someone interested in entering the world of agency staffing.

Must Have:

1. 1-3 years of professional experience
2. Technical experience is a plus
3. Strong customer service skills
4. Comfortable with high-volume calls
5. Experience utilizing ATS systems desired
6. Dynamic sales personality
7. Ability to work with Account Managers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs
9. Ability to utilize social and professional networks for recruiting and building pipelines of technical personnel
10. Competitive nature
11. Team, goal, and project-oriented mindset
12. Exceptional communication skills
13. Ability to pivot quickly
14. 4-year degree highly desired

Responsibilities:

1. Full life cycle recruiting
2. Source, qualify, and hire technology professionals across the country to meet staffing needs
3. Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates
4. Pre-screen and evaluate skills in relation to position requirements
5. Negotiate compensation
6. Oversee onboarding processes
7. Manage active technical professionals
