Organization Structure and Interfaces

• Reports to: HR Business Partner
• Primary Interfaces: Current & Prospective Polk Mechanical Employees

Environment

• Multi-location: Office-based position supporting a large, distributed workforce
• Pace: Constantly changing targets requiring quick turnaround due to shifting priorities and client needs
• Demographic diversity: Workforce includes diverse ethnicity, culture, qualifications, socio-economic backgrounds, and geographical differences. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
