We are looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our G&A Tech Recruiting team in Seattle and partner with a group of highly collaborative recruiters and coordinators.
Core Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, managing customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiting team peers and cross-functional partners (Compensation, HR, Systems and Programs teams, etc.).
- Recruit passive candidates at all levels and develop sophisticated closing strategies focused on fit and motivation.
- Build and maintain a network with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Recommend recruitment strategies that contribute to the company's long-term growth, implementing and refining processes to deliver high-quality results.
- Create and articulate a plan with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
- Screen, interview, and prepare candidate slates within appropriate timelines.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve interviewing techniques, leverage internal talent, and identify top performers for senior roles.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in a tech environment.
- Experience building effective hiring manager relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Proficiency with CTS/ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

- Experience with passive candidate generation using various techniques.
- Progressive experience in corporate or search firm recruiting, including diversity strategies.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, cost-containment, and creative sourcing approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to execute recruiting strategies, promote employer brand, and manage interview processes.
- Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
- Strong consulting skills and team collaboration.
- Analytic skills to measure and scale workflows effectively.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
