Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented individual to build and foster relationships with top universities and students. The role involves sourcing, marketing, and hosting on-campus events to attract exceptional talent to HRT.

Responsibilities

  • Identify Top Talent: Source and build relationships with top technical students at campuses nationwide.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with universities through faculty, info sessions, and networking events, positioning HRT as a top employer.
  • Travel & Representation: Travel frequently to campuses to host recruiting events and network with students.
  • Operations: Plan and troubleshoot recruiting events to ensure seamless execution.
  • Recruiting Events & Logistics: Host and manage end-to-end logistics of campus recruiting events.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify top students on campuses.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in hiring technical talent in tech or quantitative finance sectors.
  • Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events.
  • Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies to identify students.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting pipelines for highly selective, technical, or academic talent.
  • Strong proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, along with analytics and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. The role may also include discretionary performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
