Global Head of Talent Acquisition (London, NY, SF, SD, Raleigh) – We're hiring!

Meet is a global Life Sciences Talent Solutions Provider with offices in London, New York, San Francisco, San Diego, and Raleigh. Our clients span Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies.

Due to continued success, we are seeking experienced perm recruiters who can contribute industry expertise, deliver exceptional performance, and provide innovative insights to enhance our business operations through 2025 and beyond.

Duties

• Exposure to managing more junior employees with potential career paths in individual contributor, business development/client management, executive search, or team management.
• Run your own 360 desk – candidate delivery and new business development.
• Act as an expert within the Life Sciences space to match candidates with clients’ open positions.
• Creatively source for new clients (cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, referrals).
• Act as the main point of contact for clients to assist with staffing needs.
• Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle from initial phone call to offer.
• Represent Meet and our global clients to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

Do you have the following?

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• 18+ months of agency recruitment experience (required)
• 18+ months of new business development experience (prospecting leads, negotiating contracts, etc.) (required)
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment and mentoring or managing junior recruiters (required)
• Experience handling objections, generating leads, contract negotiations, business development and account management (required)
• At least 1.5 years of agency recruitment experience and business development experience (required)
