Corporate Recruiter

Essential Functions:

  • Posting job openings to internal and external job search websites; keeping records of interviews and providing status reports to managers.
  • Drafting job descriptions and company profiles for distribution.
  • Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
  • Maintaining timely documentation of all candidate interactions within our internal database.
  • Assisting in recruitment efforts across all disciplines within Operations.
  • Learning and advancing in a fast-paced environment, exercising good judgment and discretion.
  • Sorting resumes and applications, arranging interviews via calls or emails.
  • Understanding the entire recruitment and interview process.
  • Updating recruitment policies, and handling correspondence with department managers.
  • Managing pre-employment and onboarding processes (drug tests, background checks, job offers, etc.).
  • Attending recruitment events such as job fairs and campus meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 1-2 years of experience.
  • Technical recruiting experience is a plus.

Must have the following competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic, eager to learn and take on new experiences.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with email, MS Office, Internet, and willingness to learn new software.
