Overview

This role is a Campus Recruiter/Coordinator responsible for attracting, hiring, and supporting early-career talent. You’ll lead university engagement efforts—building relationships with students, faculty, and career services while managing internship recruitment and campus event programming. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people, creating meaningful experiences, and impacting how students launch their careers.

Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead Campus Recruiting: Partner with schools and career centers to identify and attract top intern and entry-level talent.
  • Manage Intern Hiring Programs: Coordinate job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding for interns across the organization.
  • Plan & Execute Events: Organize campus programs, career fairs, networking events, and information sessions that showcase our culture and opportunities.
  • Be the Connector: Build strong relationships with student organizations, faculty, and campus leaders to increase our visibility and brand on campus.
  • Support Talent Initiatives: Assist with additional HR/recruiting projects, employee engagement efforts, and special initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting and engagement (internship experience counts)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven strategy development and management skills with an organized and detail-oriented approach and the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines
  • Excellent communicator with demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders, marketing and higher education faculty
  • Passion for working with students and early-career professionals
  • Willingness to travel to campuses and events as needed
