We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us scale our sales and marketing teams here at Mill. You will be an ambassador for Mill and the first point of contact for all Growth and Go-To-Market candidates. Our ideal candidate will have experience with fast-growing teams & companies. You have the ability to pivot quickly, manage stakeholder relationships, handle ambiguity all while hiring the best talent.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full cycle recruitment process
  • Partner with hiring managers to build custom recruiting processes for each role
  • Provide strategic support for hiring managers across departments
  • Creatively source talent with an emphasis on building a diverse talent pool
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and act as the first point of contact for inbound candidates
  • Manage onsite interviews and candidate experience
  • Facilitate reference checks, present and draft offer letters
  • Optimize Greenhouse by setting up email templates, workflow, dispositions, requisition statuses, analytics, and DEI hiring reporting
  • Use analytics to improve and inform recruiting strategies and outcomes

Qualifications

  • A passion for working at a mission-based company, and taking action
  • Specific experience recruiting outstanding talent for marketing, business development and sales teams
  • Experience using AI tools to inform and drive efficiency in the hiring process
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience working with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's architecture, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - leading with empathy and transparency
  • Excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and process
  • Strong intuition and natural problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects/priorities using tactical and strategic analytical skills
  • Proactive, self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100k to $140k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
