Job Title : Contract Recruiter Commercial (Sales) Contract ongoing/based on business needs Hybrid San Francisco, CA (2+ days onsite) PR: $56.35-$74.72 Must Haves : 810+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Strong focus on commercial/SaaS roles (Sales, AM, CS, BD, Pre-Sales) Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or data platform sectors Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commitment to inclusive hiring practices Preferred : Experience recruiting for global or multi-market sales teams Background in high-growth or transformation-stage tech companies Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field Job Description : As a Contract Recruiter focused on Commercial (Sales) hiring, you will play a key role in scaling our go-to-market teams. Youll manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, and Pre-Sales. This includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging top talent, managing the interview process, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. Youll work closely with the Talent Acquisition and People teams to meet high-volume hiring goals, provide market insights, and ensure inclusive, data-driven hiring practices.
